A security deposit is collected as the final step before your holiday begins. About 10 minutes before your departure, the villa/apartment is inspected. If no damage, breakage or missing items are found, the deposit is refunded to you.

Check-in and Check-out

For all our villas, check-in is from 4:00 pm on arrival day and check-out is by 10:00 am on departure day. The time in between is needed for hygienic cleaning, so unfortunately we cannot assist with arrivals before check-in time. Please keep these times in mind.

Privacy and Location in Kalkan

For villas with a protected pool area, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy. There is always a margin of about 5%.
